You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours. We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. 1993 Beaver Patriot Lexington with 0 slides, 250hp ISC 8.3 liter Cummins diesel with the Alison 6speed Auto Trans. We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: Text 864 245 0730. The engine runs good. The transmission shifts good. The engine or dash AC seems to need some freon added. This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues. There are 2 roof top AC units that function. The water system works has been winterized, it should be good. The LP system, fridge works on LP gas, stove works and the furnace works. The water heater does not ignite. It has OLD date code tires, 13 on the front and 02 on the rear, they need to be replaced. The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The fuel gauge shows empty, we believe that it works since it does move once the key is turned on. The water temp gauge does not work. The fridge works. The electronic board does not work on the 110 power, but straight wire and the fridge gets cold. It will ignite on the LP gas and gets cold. A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad. Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator. The hydraulic jacks work, the front jack will not retract on its own, the spring is missing off of the jack. The roof is aluminum, not rubber and it is solid. There are some headliner stains on the interior, but the ceiling and roof are solid. The carpet is ok, especially considering it is 29 years old. As you can see in the photos it has a few stains. The diesel generator works, approx 1700 hours. There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit located in the bathroom. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed. We did NOT check anything else. If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 19 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
